Flutter - Curi Character Art and Design
When designing Curi, I wanted her to be rough around the edges. Trying to put up a hostile face in hopes that no one bothered her. But not too far into that heart, lies the soft and bubbly core that just begs to shine through. And in her demeanor, I have made it clear as to the fact that she has partly given up on life,.. but goes through the motions, to... 'be of use'.. That is till she meets Janet.
This young fairy once soared.. High enough to make her mother find solace in the outcomes of decisions that she made with a 'punch to the gut' for pain. Named by her mother 'Ceraph', Curi has an inseparable bond with butterflies as they are part of her..
She bites hard on her past and moves through her days being the busy helper bee that she is...
She is cautious yet curious, but with Janet, she feels different,..
Curi, since seemingly her childhood, has these marks on her body, mostly on her face and neck,..
